Blouberg Property Management caters for the greater Blaauwberg and surrounds and consists of one head office in Bloubergstrand and a smaller satellite office in Melkbosstrand. We currently have a staff compliment of 14 employees who make up our professional and qualified team.

We are registered with the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs Board) and comply with all relevant regulations. Recent changes in South African law has introduced the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019 and is intended to replace and repeal the Estate Agency Affairs Act 112 of 1976, and you can be sure we will be compliant with that as well.

We are a local-based business with the majority of our clients situated within a 10 km radius and are therefore able to provide a very personalised service to our clients.
